Job description

To manage customer inquiries, complaints, and provide information about a company's products and services. Duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via email in a prompt and professional manner
  2. Investigating and resolving customer complaints and concerns
  3. Providing product information and guidance to customers
  4. Working closely with other departments to resolve customer queries
  5. Maintaining a record of customer interactions and transactions
  6. Reviewing and improving email communication and response templates
  7. Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures in all email correspondences
  8. Escalating complex issues to the relevant department or superior for resolution
  9. Maintaining knowledge of new product offerings and ongoing promotions
  10. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Required:

  • Experience in customer service or customer handling
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and dynamic individual

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,000 - 35,000 per month
