Augment Technology Solutions in Tamil Nadu invites experienced AR Analysts (Medical Billing) to join day shift. You will work on denials, follow-ups, and correspondence for US healthcare clients.

Candidates must have hands-on AR experience, ability to check claims on portals, understand denial reasons, and drive claims to closure. Immediate joiners preferred; AR Calling background not suitable.

Shift is 9 AM to 6 PM; location Ambattur area; interview process includes manager, CEO, and HR.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in US healthcare AR denials, follow-up and correspondence for physician/hospital billing.
• Strong domain knowledge in end-to-end AR process and denial handling.
• Ability to check claims via web portals and insurer portals.

Responsabilités

• Resolve AR denials and move claims toward closure.
• Submit resubmissions and transfer to correct payer.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to expedite resolutions.
• Identify root causes of denials and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of denial notes and actions.
• Support immediate joiners with onboarding tasks.

Immediate Openings for AR Analyst (Medical Billing - Day shift)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 5-15 years of hands-on experience in working denials, correspondences, and follow-up for US Health care clients - Physician/ Hospital billing.
2. Strong Domain knowledge in End to end AR process.
3. Should have good experience in checking claims through web portals, Insurance websites.
4. Review AR claims, understand the denial reason, resolve the issue and take the claim to closure.
5. Take corrective actions covering re submission of claims, transferring to correct payer.
6. Good Communication skills is required.
7. Looking for Immediate joiners.

Note: Candidates from AR Calling background are not suitable.

3. Level 3: HR discussion

Shift: 9 :00 a.m to 6:00 p.m - Day shift only
