• Experience in end-to-end AR process and denial management.

Responsabilités

• Call on allocated claims and check status.
• Follow up on no-response/aged claims and update status.
• Record actions and post notes in PMS.
• Make corrections per insurer inputs.
• Troubleshoot and escalate account issues from clients.

Job Description

• Expertise in the medical billing domain.
• Calling on the claim allocated and check the status
• Calling needs to be placed on the no Response / aged claims & update the claim status.
• Record the actions and post the notes on the PMSShould have good exposure to Denial Management
• Make corrections to the claim based on inputs from the insurance company
• Should have experience in End to End AR process
• Troubleshooting Calling & fixing the accounts which we receive from client/Practice Managers as an escalation.
