Job summary

Atithi House, Greater Noida is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the property. The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant hotel housekeeping experience, strong team leadership, and the ability to manage operations and guest requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations.
• Allocate rooms and duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
• Ensure all guest rooms, washrooms, public areas, corridors, and other hotel areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards.
• Ensure timely room cleaning and room readiness for check-in.
• Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, safety, and hotel standards.
• Maintain proper housekeeping checklists and daily records.
• Monitor linen, uniforms, cleaning materials, amenities, and housekeeping inventory.
• Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and room requirements.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, and other concerns to the concerned department.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Handle guest housekeeping requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor Lost & Found procedures and maintain proper records.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and housekeeping SOPs.
• Prepare daily housekeeping reports and submit them to the concerned management.
• Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain consistent service standards.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant hotel/hospitality housekeeping experience and strong team-handling and supervisory skills.

• Candidates residing in or near Greater Noida will be preferred.
• Candidate should be willing to work in shifts as per hotel operational requirements.
