Job summary

Thirumala Makers and Marketers is urgently hiring a Hindi Telecaller to join our Chennai office. The role involves making outbound calls in Hindi, explaining products, generating leads, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience (freshers are welcome), strong communication in Hindi, Tamil, and English, and comfortable with basic computer tools like Tally. Training and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Hindi fluency is mandatory for outbound calls.
• Tamil and English proficiency are also required.
• 1–3 years experience preferred; freshers encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi.
• Explain products/services and benefits clearly.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Update call records, lead status, and customer details in Tally software.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
