Roles and Responsibilities

• Create engaging and professional designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative graphics aligned with the companys brand identity and communication guidelines.
• Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Work closely with the Marketing, HR, Sales, and Management teams to understand design requirements.
• Convert concepts, ideas, and briefs into visually appealing designs.
• Create posters, recruitment creatives, course promotions, event creatives, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, icons, and other visual elements.
• Ensure consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, logos, and overall branding across all creatives.
• Handle multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines and priority requirements.
• Take initiative in suggesting new creative ideas and visual concepts for marketing and promotional activities.
• Prepare designs in appropriate formats for digital publishing and printing.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.
• Maintain organized files and editable source files for future use.
• Coordinate with internal teams and incorporate feedback/revisions as required.
