Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Chennai is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Cloud Engineer to design, develop and deploy scalable applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern cloud-native practices.

The role covers building AI-enabled features, data pipelines on GCP, and integration with enterprise data platforms, with emphasis on secure, observability-driven development in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a full-stack/cloud engineer with AI/GenAI exposure.
• Hands-on with ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript/JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native apps on GCP/GKE.
• Proficient in CI/CD, DevOps practices and quality testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS, NodeJS and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Build responsive, secure UI with ReactJS, Redux Toolkit and modern practices.
• Develop backend services and microservices with NodeJS and REST APIs.
• Build and deploy cloud-native apps on GCP including GKE workloads.
• Create scalable GCP data pipelines and use BigQuery/Dataflow/Cloud Composer.
• Integrate Generative AI/LLM capabilities into web apps and backend services.
• Develop RAG-based solutions using enterprise data, embeddings and vector search.
• Create reusable APIs; implement prompt orchestration, grounding and retrieval workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, observability, logging and secure practices.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC with Jenkins, Git and Terraform.
• Automated testing with Jest, React Testing Library and Playwright.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, contribute to design standards and mentoring.
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years in full-stack/cloud engineering with practical exposure to AI/GenAI.

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS, NodeJS and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Build responsive, secure and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS, Redux/Redux Toolkit and modern web development practices.
• Develop backend services, RESTful APIs and microservices using NodeJS, integrating applications with enterprise platforms and data services.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including containerized workloads on GKE.
• Develop scalable GCP data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and processing of structured and unstructured data.
• Work with BigQuery, Dataflow and Cloud Composer for cloud-based data processing and orchestration.
• Build AI-enabled application capabilities by integrating Generative AI/LLM services into web applications and backend services.
• Develop RAG-based solutions using enterprise data, embeddings and vector search.
• Develop reusable APIs and services for AI model interaction, prompt orchestration, grounding and retrieval workflows.
