Job summary

Tickets to India in New Delhi seeks Travel Sales Consultants with 2–3 years of UK-bound agency experience. You will handle inbound calls, emails and chats, offering flights, hotels, car hire, and travel insurance while ensuring friendly, professional service. GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is required, with a 24x7 UK shift.

We have 20 openings, 5.5 days work, and operate from the New Delhi office. Cab facility is available; immediate joiner is preferred.

Qualifications

• GDS experience a must (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo).
• Excellent command of the English language and professional communication.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years travel/call centre experience with a UK-based agency.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel sales calls, emails and chats for UK-bound traffic.
• Convert inquiries into sales and provide travel arrangements.
• Advise on destinations, visas, airlines and related services.
• Offer flight tickets, hotels, car hire and travel insurance.

Job description

Excellent salary + incentive package starting from Rs40-70,000 per month for well experienced Travel Sales Consultants with a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience working with UK based travel agencies for ex UK traffic to India. Experience on GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre) a must. Openings in New Delhi Office.

Dealing with India inbound travel sales calls, emails and online chats; proven ability to convert calls into sales; highly motivated to achieve targets; making travel arrangements for clients while providing friendly, personable and professional customer service; assisting clients with information on destination, local knowledge, visa and airline related details; offering flight tickets, hotel accommodation, car hire, travel insurance and other travel related services.

Must be well versed with the GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). 24*7 UK shift.

Candidate profile

• Vocational Course, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Professional Degree in travel & tourism preferred.
• GDS experience a must (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo)
• Excellent command of the English language and friendly yet professional personality skills essential

Minimum 2 to 3 years travel / call centre experience with UK based travel agency

Cab Facility is also available. From Office to Metro Station & From Metro Station to Office.
