• To ensure that the equipment is clean and in working condition.
• To attend to complaints immediately and provide necessary feedback to the concerned person operating the equipment.
• To educate the user regarding equipment usage and the precautions to be taken to minimize breakdown.
• To report any major breakdown to the concerned in-charge as well as the departmental in-charge.
• To work in close coordination with their superiors and work as Teams too.

Apart from the above mentioned duties which apply to all the technicians there are also certain specific duties which have to be carried out by the technicians depending on which shift they are working in. The technicians generally operate in four shifts
