Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute aseptic operations and ampoule filling processes effectively.
• Manage CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) procedures.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal line speed.
• Perform accurate production and packaging changeovers.
• Ensure the workspace and equipment are clean and sanitized.
• Manage manufacturing line activities for injectable products.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Remove damaged products or faulty supplies.
