Responsibilities

• Support Access Management and Provisioning activities.
• Provide consultation and operational support to business and product teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user access-related issues independently.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Support, Engineering, and Vendor Management teams.
• Conduct IT audits of vendor operations and access controls for security and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, assess, and report IT risks related to vendor access and processes.
• Review and evaluate controls for access management, data security, change management, and incident response.
• Document audit findings, recommend corrective actions, and track remediation.
• Drive process improvements to reduce control gaps.
• Present findings and support training and awareness initiatives.
