eNoah iSolution India Private Limited invites candidates for a walk-in drive for the International Semi-Voice process - Night Shift in Coimbatore. Designation: Process Associates. Qualification: Any UG/PG.

Experience: 0-2 years with BPO experience preferred. Shift is fixed night (9 hours) with 5 working days and two fixed offs. Responsibilities include understanding numbers, client communication, broker lead review, lender guideline checks, and underwriting support across pre/post stages.

Qualifications

• Should understand numbers and provide output as per client requirements with no margin for errors.
• Interpret and communicate back to client chats.
• Review and create leads from Broker Applications.
• Validate merchant application against Lender guidelines.
• Validate and prepare Bank Analysis from the statements.
• Complete Pre-underwriting, Underwriting and post underwriting processes.
• Update Approvals/Declines from Mail to CRM.
• Review credit applications and perform credit checks.
• Understanding of business, economic, and industry risk.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and submit applications on time.
• Ability to make informed decisions backed by sound assessment.
