Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. in Delhi seeks a Direct Marketing professional to drive life insurance growth through acquisition and conversion of opportunities.

You will lead end-to-end customer identification, lead creation, conversion and issuance with emphasis on referrals, partnerships, and data-driven targeting. The candidate should demonstrate a strong customer profile and be hungry for incentives.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of experience in Direct Marketing or outdoor customer handling, (Life Insurance, CASA, Cr.card or loan)/open market experience
• Hands on experience in generating business through Partnerships/Self Sourcing/Referrals
• Strong understanding of customer profile
• Generate insurance leads through referrals, branch walkins, customer data mining

Desired Candidate Profile and Experience

• 1. Communicate any process change or change in any rules and regulations with the help of different training modules


• 2. Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling are carried out without any blockers

Execute the right method of business acquisition

• 1. Scrutinise the business on regular basis and give the relevant information to stakeholders


• 2. Achieve Persistency targets as per the company norms so that renewals take place on time


• 3. Take corrective actions related to persistency
