Job summary

Hubert Enviro Care Systems is seeking a Quality Management System lead to implement and maintain QMS documents and ensure adherence to NABL, BIS, MoEF, FSSAI, InFoNET, Pharma, and IMS/OHES/QMS requirements.

The role includes approving amendments to the quality system, maintaining current documentation, conducting internal and external audits, and addressing client technical queries while coordinating with various departments to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining a quality management system (QMS).
• Knowledge of NABL, BIS, MoEF, FSSAI, InFoNET, Pharma, and IMS/OHES/QMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QMS documents and ensure they are up to date.
• Approve amendments to the quality system relating to management aspects.
• Maintain the quality system and ensure it is followed.
• Manage document control and upkeep of quality records.
• Identify deviations from the management system or procedures via non-conformity reports.
• Verify corrective and preventive actions taken (CAPA).
• Plan and organize internal and external audits.

Job description

Job responsibilities:

To implementing and maintain the quality management system documents w.r.t NABL, BIS, MoEF,FSSAI,InFoNET, Pharma and IMS/OHES/QMS.

Approval of amendments to quality system relating to management aspects.

Maintaining quality system up to date and ensuring the quality system is implemented and followed.

Maintaining, approving quality system documents control and up keep.

Identification of deviations from the management system or from the procedures for performing laboratory activities through Non conformity raising.

Verifying the corrective/ preventive action taken.

Planning, organizing internal audits and external audits.

Schedule of management review meeting if needed additional review meetings will be arranged to implement the continual improvement in the system.

Responsible for handling technical queries and solving problems from clients

Ensure the participation of proficiency testing/inter laboratory testing program in all sections of the laboratory.

PT/ILC/IQC Result Z score verify

Identification of resources and training needs.

Planning and scheduling both internal and external training program for the laboratory personnel.

Planning and scheduling internal Quality check program in the laboratory for all sections

Maintenance of lab instruments with its calibration status.

Coordination with Marketing & sales person for Test feasibility and Quote Preparation.

Coordination with booking Department for Technical Clarification.

Plans and performs work so as to meet deadlines and expected turn-around times.

Assist management with schedules and work assignments to expedite work flow.

Meet qualitative and quantitative production goals of the department.

Notify management of any issues affecting Routine work.

Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all LAB and client information.

Updation of LIMS-FSSAI & BIS.

Analysis of results, including statements of conformity or opinions and interpretations.

All laboratory activities and if any issues will report to Director Technical.Role & responsibilities
