Job summary

NICE Software Solutions is hiring experienced Data Engineers with hands-on Python, PySpark, SQL, and Databricks expertise. We are conducting a Walk-In Drive on 31st October 2026 for skilled professionals to build scalable data pipelines, ETL solutions, and modern data engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Data Engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Python, PySpark, SQL and Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modelling and data warehousing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners or notice period up to 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Perform data ingestion, transformation, and ETL processing using Databricks.
• Develop and optimize Databricks jobs and clusters for performance and cost efficiency.
• Build and optimize data warehouse solutions and data models.
• Develop and manage Apache Airflow DAGs for workflow orchestration and scheduling.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, error handling, and alerting.
• Work with Linux environments and shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to improve development productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data engineering solutions.
