Job summary

Indium Software India Private Limited is hosting a walk-in drive in Bangalore on 31st October 2026 for Data Analyst roles. Reporting time at 9:30 AM onwards. Candidates should have strong SQL skills, data analysis capabilities, and experience with Looker/QLik-based reporting.

Roles require ETL workflow knowledge with Airflow, data quality and reconciliation, and collaboration on Git/Jira/Confluence. Proficiency in Python and PySpark, plus cloud experience (GCP/BigQuery), is preferred; immediate

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data analysis.
• Experience with Looker, Looker Studio, or Qlik for reporting.
• Knowledge of ETL workflows and Apache Airflow.
• Experience with data validation, quality checks, reconciliation, and discrepancy analysis.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with cloud platforms; GCP/BigQuery preferred.
• Proficiency in Python for ETL development and automation.
• Proficiency in PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Shell scripting for workflow automation and operational support.
• Knowledge of Spark-based data engineering frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform SQL data analysis and create validated datasets for business users.
• Build reports and dashboards using Looker, Looker Studio, or Qlik.
• Design and manage ETL pipelines with Apache Airflow.
• Ensure data quality and perform data reconciliation and discrepancy analysis.
• Collaborate with teams using Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Work with cloud platforms, especially GCP and BigQuery.
• Develop Python-based ETL utilities and automation tooling.
• Leverage PySpark for large-scale data processing and transformations.
• Monitor workflows and support production data pipelines.

We are conducting a Walk-in Drive in Bangalore on 31st October 2026 for the below roles:

Reporting Time: 9:30 AM onwards

Data Analyst - Exp 2-10yrs

• SQL & Data Analysis: Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data analysis.
• Reporting & Visualization: Experience with Looker, Looker Studio, or Qlik.
• ETL & Orchestration: Knowledge of ETL workflows and Apache Airflow.
• Data Quality & Reconciliation: Experience with data validation, quality checks, reconciliation, and discrepancy analysis.
• Tools & Collaboration: Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Cloud Platform: Experience with any cloud platform; GCP and BigQuery preferred.
• SQL: Expert-level SQL, including complex query development, performance tuning, data modeling, reconciliation, and warehouse optimization.
• Python: Advanced Python for ETL development, automation, orchestration, data quality validation, and operational tooling.
• PySpark: Advanced PySpark for large-scale distributed data processing and transformation.
• Shell Scripting: Experience with workflow automation, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
• Java/Scala (Preferred): Knowledge of data engineering frameworks, Spark-based development, and platform integrations.
• Cloud Platform: Experience with any cloud platform; GCP preferred. Knowledge of BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Composer (Airflow).

Interview Process:

• There will be preliminary assessment, group discussion and 2 levels of technical evaluation on the day of the drive.
• Candidates shortlisted during the drive will complete the remaining interview process in the following week.

Notice Period Criteria:

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates serving notice with a maximum notice period of 10–15 days are also eligible, provided their Last Working Day (LWD) is on or before 14th November 2026.
