Qualifications

• Effective presentation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate credit proposals in line with approved credit policies and underwriting norms.
• Assess customer financials, income sources, business stability, and supporting documents to validate eligibility and repayment capacity.
• Track and record the credit observation and update timely with the respective team members
• Coordinate with business and field teams to resolve credit-related queries and clarifications.
• Empower and train field teams by providing credit knowledge, underwriting clarity, and guidance on policy interpretation and customer selection.
• Maintain defined turnaround time (TAT) for all credit review cases.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Identify credit risks and policy deviations and recommend appropriate risk mitigants.
• Support and recommend system enhancements or process improvements to strengthen credit controls and operational efficiency.
• Monitor portfolio quality, identify early warning signals, and elevate concerns to relevant stakeholders.
