Srdna & Co Llp in Jaipur seeks a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to manage statutory accounts, audits, GST and tax filings. The role requires strong technical knowledge and client-facing skills. You will ensure timely payments and tax compliance while coordinating with senior management.

You will lead client communications, delegate tasks to team members, and uphold auditing standards across engagements, contributing to the firm's credibility and growth.

Responsabilités

• Finalize accounts including balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, and notes to accounts.
• Conduct audits from planning to reporting, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Prepare GST returns (BAS) and income tax returns (ITR) with deadlines.
• Develop strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Provide managerial support and delegate tasks within the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Finalize accounts, including balance sheet, profit & loss account, cash flow statement, and notes to accounts.
  
• Conduct audits from planning to reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  
• Prepare GST returns (BAS) and income tax returns (ITR), managing deadlines effectively.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
  
• Provide managerial support to the team by delegating tasks efficiently.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience as a CA or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, GST laws, income tax regulations, and finalization procedures.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) specializing in Accounting and Taxation.
• Female Candidate is preferred.
• Candidate should have Past experience in CA Firm and should be well versed with all the workings done in CA Firm.
