Job summary

ivs & Associates in Bengaluru invites an audit and compliance professional to join our team. The role covers Statutory, Tax, and Internal audits, with hands-on work in vouching, verification, and documentation, ensuring adherence to standards.

You will handle income tax ITRs for individuals and entities, GST returns, TDS/TCS filings, and related notices under supervision. The position involves travel to client sites within Bangalore and offers reimbursement of expenses and exams leaves.

Qualifications

• Experience in auditing of Companies and Firms (preferred).
• Willingness to travel to client sites within Bangalore (travelling).

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits.
• Perform vouching, verification, and examination of books of accounts.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparation of audit reports and notes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards.
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for Individuals, Firms, LLPs, and Companies.
• Assist in computation of taxable income and tax liabilities.
• Handle basic income tax notices and prepare replies under supervision.
• Assist seniors in tax audit assignments.
• Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C as applicable)
• GST reconciliations between books of accounts and GSTR-2B
• Assist in GST audits and responses to departmental queries
• Maintain GST compliance records and trackers
• Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS Returns
• TDS reconciliation and generation of Form 16 / 16A
• Assist in correction of TDS defaults and follow-ups

a. Audit & Assurance

Preferred candidate profile

Male Candidate with the prior experience in Audit of Companies & Firms .

This Job involves travelling to client place (with in Bangalore).
