Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking certified medical coding freshers for IP & OP coding roles. Candidates should hold core credentials from AAPC or AHIMA (CCS/CCS-P/CIC/CPC) and come from health science or paramedic backgrounds.

The batch years targeted are 2023–2025 with strong academics. Applicants must have CPT coding knowledge, fundamental guidelines (PCS, CPT, Modifier) and solid clinical understanding of anatomy, pharmacology and disease processes.

Qualifications

• Background in health science or paramedic fields.

JD - Medical Coding Certified Fresher - IP & OP

• Candidates should be certified from AAPC or AHIMA with any of the core coding credentials like CCS, CCS-P, CIC & CPC.
• Candidates should be from Health science (or) paramedic background (BAMS, BHMS, BPT, B. Pharma/M. Pharma/Nursing/Other life science)
• Candidates should be 2025/2024/2023.
• Graduates who passed out from the year 2023 and later with strong academic credentials only.
• Candidates should have sound knowledge in CPT coding along with fundamental coding guidelines (PCS , CPT , Modifier)
• Should possess good clinical knowledge and have wide awareness around anatomy, pharmacology and disease process
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and be flexible to work in shifts (WFO)
• Good verbal and written communication.
