Responsibilities
- Constructing sub-assemblies & tooling, inspection, installation, adjustment, testing, repair & maintenance.
- Troubleshooting of equipment, components, devices and systems.
- Execution of engineering maintenance designed to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain maintenance check sheets, daily log books, FRMs, and log sheets in engineering area.
- Support calibration activities.
- To work in shifts to provide technical & engineering support and information to manufacturing activities.
- To support modification & improvement projects, engineering project activities (like installation & commissioning).
- Support in incoming inspection of spares & audit activities.

Job Profile: Experienced Operator, Manufacturing Product & Packaging Operations (S1)
This job exists at Ethicon, Aurangabad under plant engineering department to support manufacturing activities in order to meet business requirements
Provide technical support to day-to-day operations
Maintenance of machinery & equipment
Support machine improvements & modifications
Maintain applicable documents & records as per GDP norms
- Constructing sub-assemblies & tooling, inspection, installation, adjustment, testing, repair & maintenance
- Troubleshooting of equipment, components, devices and systems.
- Execution of engineering maintenance designed to ensure uninterrupted production consistent with established company procedure
- Maintain maintenance check sheets, daily log books, FRM's, and log sheets in engineering area as per good documentation practices
- Use only QA department issued engineering log books, FRM's, and log sheets as per company procedure for control of documents
