About the Opportunity:

We are searching for an accomplished and forward-thinking leader to champion our new Technology Innovation Center in India. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in steering initiatives encompassing IT support, application development and support, cybersecurity, DevOps, IT network management, SaaS application support (Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint), IT service management (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.), and more. Your mandate is not only to establish Centers of Excellence but to ensure a holistic approach to technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap, aligning with organizational goals, covering IT network management, SaaS application support, and IT service management.
• Lead a dynamic team, fostering innovation in IT support, application development, cybersecurity, DevOps, and IT infrastructure on a global scale.
• Establish and nurture Centers of Excellence for a comprehensive technology approach, from network management to SaaS application support.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into robust technological solutions.
• Oversee the application development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality software delivery and support for SaaS applications like Workday, Salesforce, and SharePoint.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in managing global IT infrastructure, networks, and technology innovation.
• In-depth knowledge of IT network management, SaaS application support (Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint), and IT service management.
• Track record of successfully establishing and managing Centers of Excellence.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, DevOps methodologies, and the latest technology trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technology roles.
• Proven experience in project management, successful execution of complex technology projects, managing global IT infrastructure and networks, and establishing and operating Global Technology Centers.
• Previous experience in creating and growing offshore technology centers is a plus
• Ability to inspire and lead a team toward achieving strategic objectives.
