Job Description:

• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment process life cycle.
• Managing job boards and job postings according to any recent opening in US Market
• Gathering requirements from clients and delivering the right candidate accordingly to US clients needs.
• Conduct 1st round of interviews to assess communication skills
• Handling Bench Sales staffing.
• Should use different job Boards (monster, dice, indeed, etc.)
• Good understanding of US Work authorizations.
• Should be Able to screen/understand IT requirements from clients.
• Taking feedback from the vendors and candidates about the interview.
• Ability to coordinate the process from Interview to selection.
• Need to work in the US time zone, working over phone calls and the Internet.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal.
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet.
• Good understanding of IT recruiting processes and procedures.
• Good understanding of IT Job profiles. Good understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools.
• Experience 1.5 years or more is required.
