Job summary

FlexBoard is seeking a strategic sourcing lead to drive supplier delivery and value from suppliers across the procurement lifecycle. You will partner with spend owners and business partners from need identification to final delivery, focusing on risk management and contract negotiations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, health care industry knowledge, and the ability to execute cross-functionally with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern sourcing, contracting and procurement systems.
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, contracting, procurement and supplier delivery practices and protocols.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with executive-level collaboration.
• Strong negotiation skills for supplier deals including BPO.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier delivery across the procurement lifecycle.
• Partner with spend owners and business units from need identification to final delivery.
• Manage supplier onboarding/offboarding and performance.
• Drive risk management and contract negotiations.
