Qualifications

• 22+ years of overall experience with 8-10+ years in P&C Insurance Brokerage, preferably US geography.
• Proven ability to manage a large span of resources and meet deadlines.
• Experience in accounts receivable and payables is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and broker management systems.
• Ability to review/audit work and provide feedback to maintain quality.
• Independently investigate, research and resolve client-related issues.
• Act as main day-to-day contact for clients and respond professionally and promptly.
• Ensure scale-up and productivity goals, service levels, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate ideas, analyze operational risks, address escalations, and collaborate across leads.

Candidate Specification & Job Description:

• 22+ years of overall experience with 8-10+ years of experience in P&C; Insurance Brokerage industry, preferably US geography.
• Managing a large span of resources
• Experience in handling Accounts receivable and Payables work will be added advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines & drive results.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
