Overview

Looking for VP- Operations with 15 to 30 yrs of relevant experience in hardgoods/Housewares for Hardgoods Export House, Sonipat, Haryana.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical) - Preferred.
• Experience: Heading the Quality/Production - Hardgoods (Specifically Metal Products range), Housewares- Stainless Steel Products i.e., Cookware/Kitchen Sinks/Utensils, Cutlery, Hotelware, etc.
• Location: Sonipat, Haryana.

Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for complete manufacturing operations of 2 units (Stainless Steel Products- Housewares).
2. PPC management; Improvement in PPC planning (KRA to reduce shipment lead times).
3. Ensure unit production targets are achieved on a daily/shift basis.
4. Improve production output per machine/manpower.
5. Improve overall quality levels to achieve zero complaints.
6. Establish process driven operations (Development and implementation of SOPs for every single operation/activity in the plant).
7. Manpower rationalization.
8. Inventory rationalization and management.
9. Supply chain management.
10. Oversee new product development and production expansion activities.
11. Costing / pricing validation for all enquiries with the support of costing department.
12. Design and implement new project Cookware, Sinks and Fabrication line.
13. Develop organisation and operation capabilities.
14. Improve the bottom-line of manufacturing units.
