Job summary

Connect and Heal seeks an engineering leader to drive the product's technical vision and execution. You will contribute hands-on while mentoring a growing team, shaping architecture, and delivering scalable, secure platforms.

In this player-coach role, you’ll partner with founders to translate business goals into robust technology solutions, spanning frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on reliability and impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong Bun, JavaScript, and TypeScript skills.
• Proven experience building and scaling full-stack applications.
• Deep understanding of System Design, Microservices, and Distributed Architectures.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing engineering teams while maintaining technical ownership.
• Prior experience in high-growth startups or product companies preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end engineering roadmap and technical strategy.
