Job Summary
The VP Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager – Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Dig Mkt Analytics Lead Analyst - C13) is based in Mumbai, India. This role sits within the Media Sciences team reporting to the Head of Media Sciences and is responsible for data sourcing, analysis, reporting, and integration to support media investment and measurement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business data, generate reports, and create compelling visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Convert business questions into relevant dashboard views and design dashboards to drive insights.
- Design data integration processes ensuring consistency and reliability; work with vendors and internal teams to integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized warehouse.
- Determine and QA data flows and structures from different systems to production reporting environments; implement validation procedures.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights; communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Own and lead the dashboard and technology roadmap with the BI lead; oversee day‑to‑day reporting deliverables.
- Cultivate and lead strategic relationships with key data and media vendors; stay abreast of latest BI tool features.
- Utilize BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations; oversee end‑to‑end project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills
- 6‑10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to distill data into business outcomes.
- Proficiency in BI tools: Datorama, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, modeling, and ETL processes.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Data storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Independent project management and strong sense of accountability.
- Hands‑on experience in measurement, hypothesis‑driven problem solving.
- Process oriented, organized, and efficient in fast‑paced environments.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on long‑term impact.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience working with legal, compliance, and procurement in regulated environments.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics; advanced degree preferred.
