VP/ AVP/ DVP PCG (Pvt Client Group) Advisor- Partner Alliance (Franchisee/IFA/B2B), Equity Broking
The role involves advising Ultra HNI clients on Equity, F&O- Equity/Currency/Commodities and managing large customers with a book size of 25 lacs and above.
- Building strong rapport with Business Associate (Franchisee, IFA) to bring business scalability and quality servicing, focusing on customer and Business Associate longevity through research and deep knowledge-based advice.
- Helping Business Associate (Franchisee, IFA) to scale the existing base and revenue through quality service and showcasing future opportunities.
- Managing an existing book and applying deep market understanding and advanced strategies to increase book size and revenue.
- Regularly meeting large customers and Business Associates.
- Profiling mapped large customers and Business Associates by conducting in-depth reviews of customers' financial requirements, analyzing investors' investment styles, risk appetite, and recommending suitable portfolios or actionables.
- Creating a large options book along with revenue and maximum activation of Business Associate customers through quality advisory.
- Upselling and guiding large customers to diversify their investment portfolios by advising suitable products like Mutual Funds, PMS, IAP, and Insurance, bringing stability and longevity.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and managing PCG- B2B/ Partner Alliance/ Franchisee vertical of a Stock Broking firm.
- Existing Relationship Manager Team Leaders.
