Job - Communication Coach/Voice and Accent Trainer

Years of experience: 2 - 8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Shift: Flexible includes night

Ready to work from office

Interview Mode: Virtual

Skills Required
  • Understanding of English grammar – Parts of Speech, Subject Verb Agreement rules, and Articles.
  • Ability to provide effective feedback to non-receptive resources.
  • Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis.
  • Knowledge of quarterly management.
  • Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis using the 5 Why technique.
  • Experience in conducting New Hire training on grammar and voice & accent.
  • Experience in conducting email, call or chat audits, and knowledge of different feedback mechanisms (Sandwich model, GROW model, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of customer service, culture sensitization, first contact resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • No observable errors in grammar and pronunciations.
  • Strong knowledge of English sounds (20 vowel and 24 consonant sounds) and ways to correct sound corruptions.
