We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Take the extra mile efforts to engage customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.
  • Establish a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person.
Requirements
  • Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
  • Excellent Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Maintains composure and patience with customers.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and discretion is required.
  • Be familiar and have a working knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Qualification: Any Graduate.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support.
