Job summary

Accurate Sales & Services in Maharashtra seeks a VMC Operator to set up machines, load programs, verify parameters and inspect first parts. You will ensure quality control and help maintain high precision in manufacturing processes.

You will monitor tool wear, coordinate replacements and maintain dimensional accuracy to meet drawing specifications and production targets.

Qualifications

ITI certified in Mechanic, Fitter or Machinist or equivalent.
Experience with VMC setups and offsets preferred.
Familiarity with loading programs and verifying parameters.

Responsibilities

Set up VMC machines with correct tools, offsets and fixtures.
Load programs and verify machining parameters.
Perform first-piece inspection per drawing requirements.
Monitor tool wear and coordinate timely replacement.
Maintain dimensional accuracy.
