Rishabh Micro Precision Components is seeking an experienced VMC operator to work in a precision ceramic components unit in Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The role focuses on running VMC machines, performing dial-indicator based checks, and ensuring strict process control in a high-precision environment.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, validating G/M-code programs, and troubleshooting any process deviations while maintaining quality and output targets with strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience as VMC operator with Mitsubishi, Fanuc/Siemens controllers.
• Knowledge of G/M-code and dial indicator setup.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail in precision ceramic component manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Operate VMC machines with Mitsubishi, Fanuc or Siemens controllers.
• Set up tooling, calibrations and G/M-code programs to spec.
• Troubleshoot process issues and maintain strict process control.
