Responsibilities

• Conduct basic maintenance of machines daily.
• Produce special tools and job works as per drawings.
• Update in-house process reports upon completion.
• Report daily production through the log book.
• Interact with the supervisor to meet delivery plans.
• Maintain and carefully apply measuring instruments.
• Reduce setup time and cycle time.
• Follow commitments per the reporting manager's plan.
• Maintain punctuality and responsibility as per company standards.
• Implement and maintain 5S methodology.
• Other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

• Daily reporting of production through the Log Book.
• Interaction with the supervisor to meet the Delivery plan.
• Maintenance and careful application of measuring instruments.
• Responsible for reducing set-up time and cycle time.
• Follow the Commitments as per the Reporting Manager plan.
• Maintain Punctuality, responsibility, Commitments in their respective work as per company Standards.
• Maintaining 5's.
• Other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
