Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Algorithm Software Developer for VM Brakes to design and validate embedded brake software. You will work with cross-functional teams on sensor data, vehicle dynamics, and model-based development to enhance braking performance.

The role requires strong C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink skills, embedded RTOS know-how, and familiarity with automotive safety standards. Prior ABS/ESC work is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink skills required.
• Experience with embedded systems and real-time software development.
• Knowledge of automotive safety standards (ISO 26262) is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement embedded control algorithms for brake systems.
• Analyze sensor data and vehicle dynamics to optimize braking.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems and test engineers to integrate software.
• Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262).
• Perform software testing, debugging and documentation.
• Calibrate and tune brake control algorithms as needed.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement.
• Strong programming as well as model-based development experience.
