Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a VLSI Design Trainee Engineer. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in VLSI design through hands-on training and real-world projects. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics / VLSI / Embedded Engineering or related field.
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in VLSI design.
• Good understanding of digital and analog design concepts.
• Knowledge of VLSI design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics.
• Proficiency in Verilog and VHDL programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training programs to learn VLSI design concepts and tools.
• Assist in the development and implementation of VLSI projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot and debug VLSI designs to ensure functionality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in VLSI design and technologies.
• Document design processes, results, and recommendations.

Selection Process

• Students must send their resume.
• We will invite them for a written test.
• Students scoring 60% will be called for a technical interview.
• Passed students need to attend the counseling and HR interview.
• All cleared candidates will be issued a conditional offer letter.
• The students have to pay a fee of Rs. 1L for a 4.5-month exclusive VLSI boot camp training program and attend the on-job training.
• Upon successful completion of the training, a job will be provided at our office or at our client’s place.
