Job summary

Kanpeki Care is seeking a Visualiser - Creative to join our Noida on-site team. You will develop visual concepts for campaigns and product communication, translating briefs into compelling digital and print assets while aligning with brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with brand, marketing, and product teams, refine concepts through feedback, ensure lighting and composition are on point, and support photo shoots and creative production to deliver a premium skincare experience.

Qualifications

• Strong visualization skills, including concept development and mood boarding.

Role Description

The Visualiser - Creative will work full time on- site in Noida, collaborating with the brand, marketing, and product teams to develop visual concepts for campaigns and product communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphic design assets for digital and print, visual storyboards, mood boards, and layouts that align with brand guidelines. The role involves translating creative briefs into compelling visuals for social media, packaging, in-store displays, and marketing collaterals, while maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic. The Visualiser will also refine concepts based on feedback, ensure accurate lighting and composition in visuals, and support photo shoots or creative production as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong visualization skills, including concept development, visual storytelling, and mood boarding.
• Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, including use of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of lighting and composition for digital creatives, product visuals, and promotional materials.
• Solid drawing and sketching abilities to quickly communicate ideas, layouts, and design directions.
• 3-4+ years of experience in a creative or design role, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and familiarity with current design and social media trends.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
