Job summary

Marks and Spencer Reliance India Private Limited in Jaipur seeks a Visual Merchandiser to maintain brand-aligned store visuals at Pacific Mall. You will implement display setups, manage mannequin styling, and ensure displays reflect seasonal campaigns.

You will collaborate with store staff and the Visual Merchandising manager, review sales data to spot opportunities, and keep the shop floor updated with promotional materials and decor.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand Guidelines: set up displays exactly as Marks & Spencer directs to keep everything looking sharp.
• Product Handling: Place products in a way that helps customers find and enjoy their shopping experience.
• Mannequin Styling: Dress mannequins according to the brand’s guidelines to show off the latest fashion styles.
• Store décor: Create high-quality window displays and in-store decorations based on seasonal themes.
• Use sales data: Look at sales numbers and popular products to spot chances for boosting sales.
• Understand customers: Know the brand’s customer base and make sure the store’s appearance matches the brand’s image consistently.
• Equipment knowledge: Be skilled in using the tools and equipment needed for setting up displays and decorations.
• Teamwork: Work closely with store staff and the Visual Merchandising manager to keep the brand’s look consistent.
• Follow processes: Adhere to the visual merchandising procedures to maintain store standards.
• Marketing displays: Set up marketing materials and promotions in the store as planned.
• Update store management: Meet with the Store Management team daily and weekly to update them on visual displays and get feedback.
• Weekly floor walks: Walk through the store with Store Managers each week to find areas for improvement and suggest ways to increase sales.
