Job summary

Qcept Presentations PVT LTD in India is seeking a creative Visual Designer with 2-7 years of hands-on experience to ideate, conceptualize, and craft high-quality visual outputs for presentations and marketing collateral.

You will work independently under the Lead Visual Designer, delivering pitches, brochures, event decks, social posts, and more, while applying strong typography, layout, color theory and storytelling to reflect the brand and client goals.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of relevant experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating presentation design, branding and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and with a design team.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Visual Designer to be a part of our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ideating, conceptualising, and designing high-quality visual output, including hands-on work.

The candidate should be passionate and creative, with the ability to contribute independently while supporting the Lead Visual Designer.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing projects that include creative presentation design, developing Qcept's LinkedIn posts design, building marketing collateral, pitch decks, brochures, event presentations and more.

Relevant professional experience should range between 2–7 years.

Key responsibilities:

• Design execution and delivery: Support the creative vision and assist in the execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Innovation and trends: Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate image creation and enhance creative workflows.
• Project contribution: Contribute to the design process from concept to delivery, creating pitch decks, brochures, social media posts, event presentations and other marketing materials.
• Quality assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control, reviewing all design work before it is presented to clients.
• Innovation and trends: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to continuously improve our design services.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, and Adobe Firefly to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the design team and clients.
• Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including presentations, social media marketing, branding, and other visual materials.
