The role requires a sharp eye for color, strong drawing skills, and hands-on expertise with Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, and Rive.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Visual Design or related fields.
• Demonstrated proficiency in illustration, iconography, banners, and animation with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools including Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, and Rive.
• Ability to ideate from a user perspective to design for communication and clarity.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Visual designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who lives and breathes visual design, someone who can turn ideas into compelling, well crafted illustrations, animations & creatives. You don't need years of experience, but you do need a sharp eye, a strong grasp of color, and the drive to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product and business requirements into compelling illustrations, animations, icons, and creative banners that align with both user needs and organisational goals.
• Ideate and conceptualize design solutions from a user-first perspective, ensuring every visual serves a clear purpose in terms of usability and communication.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, developers, business and other stakeholders to deeply understand project requirements and deliver creative, effective solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality while meeting specified timelines.

Must Haves

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Visual Design or related fields.
• Demonstrated proficiency in illustration, iconography, creative banner design, and animation, backed by a strong portfolio of work.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, and Rive.
• Ability to ideate and concept from a user perspective designing for communication and clarity, not just visual appeal.
• Strong drawing skills with a keen eye for detail and craft.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively withincross-functional team environments.
• Solid understanding of color theory, palette construction, and how color influences perception and brand identity.
• Familiarity and comfort using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms as part of an iterative design workflow.
