Gonoise is seeking a Brand & Visual Designer in Gurgaon, India. You will translate brand attributes into bold visuals across digital and physical touchpoints, collaborating with marketing to deliver high-quality designs for social, packaging, launches, and campaigns.

The role requires a design degree, 3+ years of experience, and strong proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma. Start-up experience is a plus, for an entrepreneurial, hands-on teammate.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Design from a Tier 1 Design University/College (required).
• 3+ years of working experience (required).

You'll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across digital and physical touchpoints — from social media to packaging, from product launches to campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities

• Working on creatives for digital platforms and Websites.
• Working in collaboration with the marketing team for creating high-quality designs
• Come up with highly engaging designs with great attention to detail which is in accordance with brand attributes
• Design high-quality creatives for the marketing team.
• Innovate and come up with new ideas for the visual representation of content
• Imbibe our brand and its essence- and make sure it shines through in the right way on all our collateral
• Ensure consistency and design hygiene across various channels
• Envision and create the right design solutions in known and/or ambiguous situations
• Understand business & technological constraints and how they impact the design process and output
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Be a strong voice for the user and user-centric design
