Job Purpose:

• The leader shall be part of the technology team, focusing on technology and applications in use.
• Act as a digital catalyst to bring the next level of IT revolution in Vistaar.
• Bring innovative technological solutions to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
• Identify areas of digitization and provide timely solutions to increase stakeholder efficiencies.
• Think creatively and critically about application functionality and complex business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

Managerial Responsibilities:

• Incorporate agile ways of working to accelerate transformation.
• Recognize areas for improvement and implement changes for a resilient and continuously improving operations culture.
• Develop insights into expectations from functions, including competitive intelligence.
• Scan the external ecosystem to identify viable technology partners.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Surface capacity, pacing, resourcing issues, and other red flags needing leadership attention.
• Implement effective and scalable technology solutions.
• Deliver IT projects within committed timelines.
• Regularly review and report on the progress of ongoing projects.
• Groom business analysts to ensure timely finalization of business requirements.
• Mentor, hire, and enhance the skills of the team.
• Build a highly motivated and outcome-focused team.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and bring innovative digital solutions.
• Implement effective technology solutions to deliver the IT strategy roadmap.
• Analyze and assess the scope, timelines, and costs of technology solutions.
• Recommend buy vs build decisions for IT solutions.
• Participate in the IT budgeting process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: BE (Comp. Science)/MCA

Experience: Minimum 10 years of solid track record leading enterprise projects with strong technical skills, preferably in Banking and Financial Services.

Proven success in implementing business transformation and digital initiatives.

Data-driven approach with experience in AI and automation tools.

Previous experience with tools like Ebix Cash, Epic, ENTiger, Neo Lotex is highly desired.

Experience in Microsoft technologies (Microsoft .Net, MVC, APIs, and database integration services).

Direct experience in IT application development and managing a team.

Ability to build IT processes related to cyber resilience and IT Security implementation.

Understanding of cloud software, SaaS, mobile technologies, and IT operations preferred.

Salary: ₹848,342.48 – ₹1,970,010.36 per year
