Job description

Role & Responsibilities
  • RM is responsible for achieving monthly unit and value targets across the product line.
  • Educate customers on product lines and provide the right product to the right customer.
  • Achieve month-on-month productivity on the allocated product line.
  • Contribute to the overall channel achievement.
  • Contact non-managed customers of the bank and offer a bouquet of products using calling scripts.
  • Ask probing and leading questions to engage and understand customer requirements.
  • Ensure product features and benefits are explained to the customer during onboarding.
  • Pitch multiple products to increase customer product holdings in the bank.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and capture correct customer dispositions.
  • Work on feedback shared by supervisors/unit managers/training managers regarding call quality.
  • Ensure time on system as per KPI definitions.
  • Maintain minimum RPC on a daily/monthly basis.
Digital Products & Penetration
  • Educate customers on the bank's digital products.
  • Show the value and convenience of using digital products.
  • Increase digital penetration within the non-managed customer base.
  • Encourage digital adoption during customer contact.
