Job description

Requirements

  1. BDM (Business Development Manager - IT Domain) with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities.
  2. Must have knowledge of Upwork, Basecamp, Google Sheets/Docs, Skype, Zoom, Slack, Google Chat, Hangouts, HubSpot, and Google Calendar.
  3. Experience working on Upwork, conversing with clients over calls/chats, and conducting exceptional pre-call research.
  4. Good exposure in converting Web, Mobile, MERN, MEAN projects.
  5. Candidates must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Able to generate business via channels like Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing.
  7. You are responsible for acquiring new clients and identifying emerging opportunities in the global market.
  8. Project price estimation, quote and proposal creation, client communication, and closure should be your core responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
