Whom are we looking for:
- 10 to 15+ years of experience with a focus on technology procurement, management, and delivery in Online Media/Internet & Technology domains.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Efficiency in high availability deployment with high concurrences in the ecosystem.
- Proven capabilities in the deployment of auto-scaling environments using AWS or Azure services.
- Expertise in developing implementation and managing processes efficiently.
- Standard compliance experience: ISO 27001, SOC2TYPE2, GDPR, etc.
- Experience in automating existing processes using existing/new tools and technologies.
- Detailed understanding of the technologies necessary for organizational success within the L&D/HR Tech ecosystem.
- Experience building both B2B and B2C, customer-centric products & software that work at large scale & developing technical capabilities that enable organizations to rapidly innovate & build differentiated products.
- A proven track record of building high-performing teams that focus on innovation, intellectual property & collaboration.
- Experience as a Senior Product Manager/IT Head or CTO in the current organization.
- Deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices (Node.js, Angular, Java, JavaScript, AWS/Azure, DS, Flutter, React, server-side scripting languages, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in digital initiatives, big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
- A strong record of formulating company-wide technology roadmaps and achieving milestones within the proposed timeline.
- Experience in leading and developing remote and distributed teams and executing cross-functional projects.
As a CTO you will need to:
- Develop and implement the overall technology strategy for the organization.
- Improve the architecture and ecosystem to ensure the latest security protocols and technologies are implemented.
- Implement new strategies to enhance security and compliance.
- Learn new tools and technologies that can add value to existing processes or new initiatives of the organization.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the organization’s technology systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align technology with the overall business goals of the organization.
- Identify new technology trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead a team of technology professionals and provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to secure technology solutions and services.
- Set and drive cross-functional objectives and priorities and form a vision for the future of the enterprise.
- Exhibit objective leadership and openness to other views while prioritizing the success of the organization and team above personal interests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices to ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.
- Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization’s management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders regarding the company’s technological vision, opportunities, and challenges.
- Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff related to the technology/IT department.
