A leading technology firm in Gurugram is seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to lead client acquisition and support key customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong logical thinking and communication skills, capable of working independently. This position involves identifying new revenue opportunities and conducting training sessions with sales teams.
New client acquisition -hunting & farming.
Identifying new opportunities maximize new revenue & meet sales targets.
Lead key customers in a pre-sales and post sales support capacity, including delivery of targeted product demonstrations and related requirements enabling sales.
Conducting feature training and demo sessions with sales teams.
Assist the Marketing with inputs for branding, communication.

Ability to handle ambiguity and change
Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills
Customer management and excellent communication & presentation skills
Art of negotiation and prioritization
Ability to manage teams and build close relationships with different team members.
