teonox is seeking a hands-on videographer/editor to manage daily shoots and post-production in Pune, Maharashtra. You will own both shooting and editing for Instagram Reels, short-form videos, interviews, and promotional content, ensuring high-quality visuals and brand-aligned storytelling.

The role requires hands-on work with Canon cameras, lighting setups, and editing in Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve/Final Cut Pro, plus studio management of the podcast space and equipment.

Handle daily video shoots at the office, including team activities, interviews, educational content, and

2. Video Editing

Edit raw footage into engaging reels, short videos, interviews, and promotional content.

Perform basic to intermediate editing, including trimming, transitions, audio syncing, colour correction,

and adding text or subtitles.

Ensure videos are visually appealing, appropriately paced, and aligned with the brand's content

requirements.

Organise and maintain raw footage and edited video files.

Take complete ownership of the podcast studio and ensure it is ready for recording sessions.

Set up and operate cameras, lights, microphones, tripods, and other recording equipment.

Manage studio readiness, equipment organisation, and basic troubleshooting.

Ensure all equipment is handled responsibly and kept in proper working condition.

Maintain an inventory of cameras, lighting equipment, accessories, and other studio materials.

Coordinate podcast recordings and ensure smooth execution of shoots.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Canon cameras and lighting equipment.

Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or

Final Cut Pro.

Understanding of camera settings, framing, composition, lighting, and audio.

Ability to shoot creative, engaging, and social-media-friendly content.

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage equipment responsibly.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots and editing requirements.

Preferred Candidates:

Someone who is creative, proactive, technically sound with camera equipment, and comfortable

taking end-to-end ownership of daily shoots, video editing, and podcast studio management.
