Job summary

Faclon Labs Inc. in Mumbai offers a Full-time Internship for aspiring video professionals. You will shoot, edit, and transform ideas into compelling visual stories across indoor, outdoor, client-site and industrial settings.

You will master lighting, audio, color correction, and motion graphics using Premiere Pro and After Effects, while collaborating with the creative team to deliver timely content and maintain brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality video content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras across indoor, outdoor, client-site, and industrial locations.
• Set up and manage 3-point lighting, softboxes, and professional audio systems (lapel/boom).
• Ensure proper framing, exposure, continuity, and shot composition during shoots.
• Translate scripts and concepts into compelling visual stories through storyboards and shot lists.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and create motion graphics, typography, and diagrams using Adobe After Effects.
• Perform color correction, grading, sound design, and optimize videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and websites.
• Handle end-to-end production from planning to execution while maintaining brand alignment.
• Organize footage, manage project files, and maintain production equipment.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute engaging content ideas.
• Support photography and enhance visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Maintain and organize the video content library while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and propose ideas to improve video quality and storytelling.
