About The Role

This role is responsible for bringing our content to life visually. As the Video Editor & Social Media Post Designer, you will transform raw footage and creative ideas into high-quality, engaging, and platform-optimized visual content. You will play a critical role in shaping the brand’s visual identity across social media platforms, ensuring every video and post is attention-grabbing, consistent, and professionally executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos including reels, shorts, YouTube videos, and promotional clips
• Add subtitles, motion elements, transitions, hooks, background music, and sound effects to enhance engagement
• Design social media creatives such as posts, thumbnails, and carousel graphics
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across all content formats
• Optimize videos and creatives for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Collaborate closely with the Content Strategist and Social Media Host to align visuals with scripts and messaging
• Manage editing timelines and deliver content as per publishing schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (Candidates without hands‑on Premiere Pro experience should not apply)
• Experience with video editing tools such as After Effects or Final Cut Pro is a plus
• Basic design capability using tools like Canva or Photoshop (supporting skill only)
• Solid understanding of short-form content trends, pacing, and viewer retention techniques
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of visual storytelling

This role requires professional-level editing using Adobe Premiere Pro. Candidates who rely only on Canva or other basic tools without Premiere Pro expertise will not be considered.
