We’re Hiring: Short-Form Video Editor | Mumbai

What you’ll do

• Edit Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
• Create sharp cuts, pacing, hooks, captions & transitions
• Add motion graphics, titles, overlays & visual elements
• Clean and sync audio
• Maintain a polished, consistent visual style
• Understand what works on Reels, Shorts & social media
• Work with our marketing, design & medical content teams
• Organise footage, assets and project files
• Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines

AI Video Creation is a BIG PLUS

We’re actively using AI in our content workflow.

You should be comfortable experimenting with tools such as:

• Runway
• Veo
• HeyGen
• Synthesia
• CapCut AI
• Adobe Firefly

Tools we’d like you to know

• Must be comfortable with at least one major editing platform:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

IMPORTANT: English proficiency

Good written and spoken English is a MUST. You’ll work with scripts, captions, hooks, content briefs and marketing teams — so being able to understand and communicate clearly in English is essential.

Qualification

A degree/diploma in Film, Media, Design, Animation or a related field is a plus — but we care more about your portfolio and actual editing ability. Show us what you can make. Your portfolio matters more than your certificate.
